We own LaViola Dry Skin Cream and sell it across the country via internet sales and phone sales. It is a phenomenal moisturizing dry skin cream that works for a variety of dry skin ailments as well as keeping healthy skin healthy! It has a large following of loyal customers and is aquiring new customers all the time. We have also added some face products to enhance the line. We plan to add a new product every 6 months. We seek to open a new company that will be structured as a direct sales company (multi-level marketing) and take the LaViola products nationwide. We need investors for this new company to assist in startup capital. We would like to launch by June 1st 2009. Many of our current customers are interested in being distributors and/or investors as well. Intitial funds needed to get the ball rolling are for Legal: distributor contracts, investor contracts, issuing of shares etc. Consulting Firm: Design of MLM compensation plan, strategic planning, and company structure. Initial funding needed for this is approximately 15K. We will then sell shares in company to raise the other 300,000.
