A bakery/cafe that only bakes from scratch. No commercial mixes used. Just like the desserts that you grew up with. I specialize in cheesecakes. I love to bake and I do sell things at craft fairs and by word of mouth. I do get alot of business that way and I am not afraid to work hard. This is something that I have always wanted to do.
