I am a "Raving Fans" girl. The fundamentals of business are simple... decide what you want, decide what your customers want, and then consistantly exceed their expectations. Then WHY does this seem to get lost will all BAR owners?! I have always wanted to own a bar, and now I have my chance. I have been a self employed nail technician for 12 years, so I understand the work, and rewards, of owning a business. I have an extensive customer service background- retail managment, bartending, corporate sales. The bar that I am seeking to buy is an existing business with a positive cash flow, and the owner is willing to carry the contract. What I need is a guarantor in exchange for 20% of the net profit for the term of the loan, which is 5 years. The guarantor is backing a $300K contract, of which half is real assets. The anticipated payout over the five years is estimated to be about $200K.
I plan on owning this business for 15 years or so, and then selling to someone else, giving them the opportunity that I have been given to realize their dreams. Let's make a lot of happy customers and all make A LOT of money!
