SolarLogic is a company involved in developing several project in renewable energy in South Italy, from large photovoltaic power plant to biodiesel production.
The first project in pipeline is the building of 20MW solar power plant with an investment of approx 100 millions €uro.
In Italy the Government has a tarif feed-in law that pay for each Kwh produced up to 0.36 € plus the sales of energy to the power grid, for a duration of 20 years.
In this way it's possible to finance PV solar plant by a mix of equity (up to 15-20%) and by banking loan/bond/notes.
We're looking for investors in equity, or for equity + loans. In case of equity investment only I already find some banks that could secure loan/debt with the guarantee coming from the plant assets.
