Myself and my wife (French-Chinese) live in China, and are in the mining business in Asia, particularly specialized in the research of ores on behalf of large Chinese companies, which today represent the world's most gigantic market. We have several potential buyers, one of which, in the very near future, is to order 150,000 tons of ore from three 50,000 ton ships to (URL removed)ever, we temporarily thought to get a CASH partial settlement of this merchandise in order to solve our problem, but China is obliged to use the AT SIGHT confirmed L / C system because of exchange regulations including the cost of transport.
