Description: This is the best category i could find. Business is a 50+ seat restaurant. It is currently open from 6:00AM- 1:00PM. I wish to purchase this restaurant/cafe' and owner operate it with my wife. We have a combined experience of 20 years in this industry. The owners have run it for about 2 years, but they are ready to retire. This cafe is slowly making money each month. We can increase sales tremendously by increasing hours open and adding another day of the week. We are low on funds as i was out of work over a year due to (URL removed)ing my time out i got sent to collection from a finance company and CC. I wish to get back into the work force and pay them off. I am recovered now and would like to go into business for myself.
