My Name is Michale Smith I have been in the food service business for thirty years. I have served in many different positions in thirty years. I have been a certified Exc. Chef, Food and Beverage Director in Marriott Hotels and a General manager of several causal dining restaurants. My passion is family and then food.
Over the years I have made alot of money for other people, I now would like to do it for my self. Unfornately Most of what I have saved for my furture business opportunities is now paying for three of my children's college education.
