Description:
We are an interior demolition and construction company that specializes in highrise construction and remodeling in NYC. Recent projects include 672 St Nicholas ave, NY,NY where we demoed and remodeled 25 units, re-wired the building and installed a 90 horse power boiler and we just remodeled a lobby for the Courtyard by Marriott. I have references and we are looking to expand by entering the realestate "flip" business. I have leads to several privately owned small residential properties with clear titles and I am looking for an investor to purchase the properties.
