Description:
My idea for my company is to work in conjuction with local realators to find affordable housing for new or displaced families or indivivuals that are just short of qualifing for home ownership. I would rehab alone or with subcontractors help the property and make it liveable and an attractive home to purchase when the homeowner is able to buy the property and close on it. At that time we would see our profits of anywhere from 10 to 500 thousand dollars posibly more.
