Dovizia Management LLC has three services. 1) Tax lien investing, there are many people who will sell you "how to invest in tax liens" and LOTS of books but no investment group that does it. I am putting together a group of investors to invest in Indiana Tax liens from 2011 and plan on growing the tax lien funds to 50 million dollars in 10 years (using multiple tax liens from multiple states). 2) Financial Coaching, this is my way to "give back" i use the Dave Ramsey Method to teach people how to stay out of debt and prosper. 3)Investment property due diligence and counselling, I have 15 years experience in real estate and can assist new investors on investment strategies, due diligence, rental maintenance, and exit strategies. The investors I am looking to work with would only be for the tax lien part of the business.
