I am looking for unsecured funding for the Acquisition of a PAK Mail Center in the Westpointe Plaza Shopping Center (Rome Hilliard Rd). I have a letter of intent with current owners, who are the area developers for Pak Mail, to purchase the operation for $134,500. My wife and I have $700k net worth with excellent credit. I want to sink $55,000 of my own cash into this deal and finance the rest for a term of 7-8 years. I promised my wife no lien (not even a convenience lien) on our house. We will both personnally guarantee the loan. HELP!
