Description: I have been in management for 20yrs. I have managed pawnshops for half of that time. I was a very successful pawn shop manager and always wanted to start my own. I could never come up with the money to start my own. Sept 3rd. my wife and I lost our home in a house fire and decided to open a used retail shop simuliar to a pawn shop. We aren't finacially able to do loans but the need is out there. We have anywhere from 10-20 people per day asking to sell or loan on their items. Colorado law allows for a 240% (URL removed) loan which allows for a very good return on your investment. We have apx 60k in merchandise and would love to find the capitol for cash loans and purchases.
