We are a newly-formed community association (mid to hi-rise condominiums, luxury townhomes, and commercial unit owners), hotel, resort, and private luxury estate management and development company whom, after exhausting our personal investments, find ourselves seeking a small amount (15-25,000) of working capital to stabilize us until we are self-sustaining.
This term would be six months to one year due to the very low overhead level of our infrastructure and industry-leading services and innovations we have implemented to make us the leader in our local, national, and international markets. One example of such is the business model we have created which allows condominium and homeowners associations to completely erase their delinquent assessments and continually operate at 100% stabilization of their assessment income month to month, year after year. No other management company in the US is currently offering this to their clients and all downtown Chicago Board Presidents and Developers have shown immense interest in our company after sharing this business model. Therefore we are confident in its success.
We are a completely electronic, paperless,virtual, and telecommuting company therefore our overhead is only for the processes and databases needed to operate our management, accounting, collaboration, and other online systems.
In addition to introducing five-star customer service levels to the association management industry, we have implemented many tools and resources which allow us to offer a higher level of service, communications, and productivity than any other company of our type.
