Sandstorm is a brainchild that resulted from my experiences on the ground in Iraq, my drive to be my own boss, and the lack of execution by the community to take advantage of such a niche market. Sandstorm will be a Delaware LLC, in Rapid City, SD. The money will be made in the sports adorned, military themed bar. The bar will feature a large outdoor patio with firepits and themed seating. A large stage will be placed so that live bands are able to be seen both outside and in. An upper level seating area will give bar patrons a birds eye view of the other attraction, an indoor paintball arena built as a to-scale replica of a one block section of a combat zone in Balad, Iraq. The two businesses will be attached via one way glass, so those seated at the window bar can watch teams battle in the arena. The paintball business will feature state of the art military style weapons, realistic war ambiance played through hidden speakers across the field, variable lighting settings to mimic real life scenarios and multiple game play types to simulate actual battles and missions.
