Description: MTPS is an industry leader in the field of helicopter specific model training, known as “Type Training”, military and paramilitary tactical training, and Night Vision Goggle flight training. We are targeting the existing civilian helicopter market, specifically law enforcement agencies and EMS helicopter companies that employ NVGs, or plan to employ NVGs in their operations. MTPS, Inc. intends to provide specialized training to this growing market by providing scenario based training in the use and mission enhancement of flight crews by using NVGs. Our training will provide specialized basic and recurrent training programs both for pilots and aircrew members. These courses will include initial aircraft qualifications, annual recurrent training, normal and emergency procedures. Insurance companies require formal training annually for most helicopter operators. MTPS will seek Insurance industry recognition as “Factory Equivalent” training thereby satisfying our customer’s annual training requirements. As most insurance companies discount policies for safety related training, MTPS’ customers have a monetary incentive to seek quality and economical training. Currently the type of training MTPS intends to conduct is provided by only a few operators worldwide and helicopter manufacturers (referred to as “OEM”), Bell Helicopter and Eurocopter for example. OEM training schools are typically unable to accommodate the large and growing number of students per year that industry requires to be trained in specialized helicopter operations in which MTPS specializes. Manufacturers’ schools are booked up to six month in advance. The manufacturers’ schools are also burdened with enormous overhead that a smaller and more focused provider like MTPS does not have. This gives us a major advantage in offering competitive pricing. It will also allow us room to expand as we absorb the full market manufacturers’ courses cannot reach, as well as expanding our operations to suit previous customers. MTPS will have a healthy, successful company that is a leader in customer service and has a loyal customer following, by ensuring our customers never need question our safety standards or our professionalism. Our training customers will receive relevant and operation appropriate class room and flight training. MTPS, INC will become a world renowned company by creating a niche in the civilian tactical aviation market. Michael Terry has twenty-two years of aviation experience, with over six thousand flight hours, of which two thousand and three hundred hours are as an advanced flight instructor.
