We do this through having our own construction company, brokerage, property management company, and finding and analyzing our own deals. We could grow much faster and more profitable if we could fund these projects with cheaper money. Our deals range from single family flips , student housing rentals, condos, and small apartment buildings. We could pay 15% returns on money lent.
