My partner and I have created from scratch a comprehensive web-based practice management system applicable for every type of dental office. We went to market in Jan of this year and just don't have the funds to aggressively market our superior product. We have developed this product while still maintaining full time positions with fortune 100 companies. We currently have two paying clients and four additional in the pipeline. We need to be able to financially devote full time to this venture and market it aggressively. There are well over 50,000 practicing dentist in this country and nearly half are utilizing first or second generation PMS or have no system at all. It is a target rich environment and the feedback from our clients and even one competitor has been exceptional.
