We have acquired the exclusive distribution rights to a catalog of 400+ films distributed in the US and UK. Clients include Netflix, HMV, Virgin Megastores, Apple (iTunes), NBCUniversal to name a few.
The library has a number of high profile titles and genres with, in some cases, cult following.
We are currently seeking financing of between $200K and $500K to grow the film catalog with additional quality titles, working capital to put inventory in the right place for the holiday season and create some high end limited collector items for the Asia Extreme brand that we own, upgrade the digital formats of the highest profile titles.
The acquired assets have significant financials, historical and projections. As part of the acquisition we have fundamentally restructured and optimized the business. Outsourcing functions not key to the business and levered our current technology, having implemented significant workflow and automation to simplify and streamline processes.
