Description: We are in the process of seeking venture capital to continue growth of a technology that has been tested in Japan over the past three years. This technology makes a new fuel called Em-Fuel. Em-Fuel is an emulsion of 60% fuel and 40% water yielding a 100% Em fuel that exceeds all EPA environmental regulations. Em-Fuel costs less than 20 - 40% of the same quantity of the preprocessed fuel; it is 95% - 107% efficient of the preprocessed oil, and emits 60% less emissions (dust, ash, NOx, CO, CO2, 40% for SOx) than the preprocessed oil. Micro Bubble Technology Inc. has obtained the world rights (except Japan) to this technology developed by Professor Chul Won Choi. Professor Choi is the Director of Engineering at the Dong Seoul College. Dr. Choi is also the Director of Research of MBT.
