Description:
Nowell, Inc is an information security company that specializes in addressing the insider threat security problem faced by most security sensitive organizations. Our corporate customers often face difficult situations in which some of their own trusted employees commit financial theft and fraud inside their business environments. This insider threat often results in internal fraud, embezzlement of funds, unwanted data leaks, money laundering, identity theft, and numerous other internal schemes costing US businesses well over USD $56 billion annually. We offer a unique software solution that addresses this very difficult problem. SpyForce-AI software identifies and prevents suspicious, high-risk behavior of persons within the business environment and is also able to prevent identity theft by offering strong authentication services. SpyForce-AI is a finished product that employs patent-pending developments in the fields of artificial intelligence, anomaly detection and natural language processing to address insider threat and identity theft problems. Our target market consists of financial service institutions, government and military organizations, credit card processing companies and organizations that have a lot of intellectual property that is worth protecting. SpyForce-AI is the first tool to use artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing to detect suspicious user behavior. Also SpyForce-AI uses intelligent anomaly detection to automatically identify suspicious behavior patterns inside the computing environment. SC Magazine conducted a comprehensive lab test of SpyForce-AI in an enterprise environment and according to Dr. Peter Stephenson of SC Magazine, “SpyForce-AI can be a significant arrow in the insider threat protection quiver” and SC rated SpyForce-AI four out of five stars. The product attracted immense interest from officials at the Central Intelligence Agency, US Air Force and Defense Information Systems Agency, all having expressed great interest in our product. The CIA “beta-tested” our product and recommended it for full enterprise-wide acquisition. However, without capital we have been unable to complete these sales. We currently have a commitment for $50,000 from a private investor and are looking for an additional $50,000. These funds will be used to re-engineer the graphical user interface (GUI) and develop a presentation for sales and future capital investment raises. We have three potential customers interested in the product, including the NSA, Dell Computers and another federal government agency.
