I am a family farmer that needs to refinance and add more land. I have lived here basically my whole life and bought this farm from my parents. Currently I have livestock hay and grain but need to add trucking and land as well as update some of my equipment. I have established markets for all my produce but due to a custody battle the last five years that I finally won I have had to over extend to pay legal fees. Now that all that is behind me I am looking for private investors so I can expand faster than I could with a private bank. I am 36 years old and in good health and recently married and am trying to get the farm profitable so I can raise my family here.
