Progball LLC will be a new fantasy sports platform bringing the user closer to the game than ever before.
Progball will first set out to disrupt the current state of the fantasy baseball industry with a product that represents a hybrid between traditional season-long play and the daily fantasy sports model that has gained significant popularity in recent years. Moreover, Progball will plan on expanding to other fantasy sports following the initial fantasy baseball launch.
Progball will introduce a host of never-before-seen features to the fantasy sports world, including the first-of-its
kind Tournament Mode, bringing the excitement of the fantasy playoffs year-round, and Dynasty Mode, which catalyzes the user to the complete General Manager experience. Progball uses a hybrid custom model built on the daily game with extensive roster management tools unlike any other fantasy platform. All game modes put the user in the GM’s chair, giving them control of a team whose colors, logos, uniforms, and stadiums are fully customizable.
Progball also features a unique scoring system, with optional enhancements built to weigh player points based on where they are placed in the user’s batting order, correlating with the production that a major league team would expect out of a hitter in that position in the batting order.
Moreover, Progball will let users customize their home “ballpark” where they can choose from a multitude of settings. For example, a user can choose whether they want a pitcher’s park or hitter’s park, which will affect the point production of all players in their home games.
Progball is looking to roll out their web-based fantasy baseball platform in time for the 2017 season. With the required funding, Progball can complete the development and launch their web-based league management platform, include a team management and live scoring desktop, mobile and tablet application, and become the go-to fantasy baseball platform for the truly avid baseball fan.
Progball is seeking $1,000,000 in funding to be utilized for website development, licensed content, and additional working capital needed to grow operations.
