I have been in the call center industry more than 25 years, building and operating call centers on three continents. My database of U.S. consumers is immense.
I have also been a top producing sales manager for Electrolux, V.P. of Sales at Insta Check, and several others.
I currently have a small call center supporting a small sales force in Florida signing homeowners with damage for a Public Adjuster. Since October 2019 we have written 250 plus deals worth over $5M. I have been working this model for the last two years. It has brought in $20M in sales in 2017 and $17M in 2018.
We are averaging 15 to 20 new hail damage deals a week.
I am seeking $500k to $1M to expand the operation to Texas and Ohio where hail damage is rampant and insurance law is beneficial to what we do.
I can either leverage the 250 contracts as collateral or would sell them at a discount to facilitate my growth.
