670 is a Utah energy development company and we have developed a biofuel facility in Eastern Utah with processing technology licensed from a national R&D company. We will produce 33 million gallons per year of advanced renewable biofuels from feedstocks such as used cooking oil, chicken fat, and distiller's corn oil. This is not a biodiesel facility, but rather an advanced renewable fuel microrefinery.
We have a conditional commitment for 100% of the construction funding from an investment bank, as well as contracts for feedstock and for offtake of our finished products, for process equipment and site engineering, for fuel credit certification, etc. Planning and zoning approvals have been received. 670 is seeking $2.5 million in bridge funding to complete the checklist for the construction funding, including final front-end engineering, building permits, and an air permit.
