Description:
Startup Family Entertainment Center in rural community with no youth anchor. Could have franchise potential for other small communities whose families must travel 1hr.+ for a mall or other entertainment. In larger cities, these may fail due to the sheer number of other entertainment choices available. My goal is to prove that an FEC in a small town succeeds, if the variables are all aligned, because families don't always want to travel hours for family-time.
