My name is Michael Rebar and my company is in the process of getting several commercial development projects under contract. One property is already under contract, and ready for development. This particular project is a 62,000sqft retail strip center owned free and clear, ready for a make over and to get leased up. The best part is wal mart has purchased several other strip centers a 1/4 mile away, so these service businesses will be with out a home making our strip center the place they will move to even before wal mart gives them the boot in mid 2013. We have a partnership with an experienced contractor who has build several apartment buildings and various other commercial buildings.
