I just started my buisness, but have a very exstenseve background in construction in all stages. There are numerious properties that are a good deal here in Tampa. On my personnel credit there are some things I need to take care of such as child support that I don't owe. With the court system the way it is it s going to take to long. The properties could be gone and a chance lost. I have 80,000.00 to invest, but I need about 200,000.00 more to get the property I want. The property is 100% occupied. I would save alot not needing contracters. I have installed floors for 7 years, built homes, and painted in a paint booth for 3 years. I am a go getter and this WILL happen one way or the other. Just may be on a smaller scale.
