I have been a home improvement contractor for over 30 years. Went broke, combinations of mis-steps and trusted brokers robbed me blind 18 months ago when I was in the hospital wit numonia . Now I need start-up capital. I want to take advantage of the lower real-estate prices. But small Apartment buildings and rehab into luxury condo or retails until we can get a substantial return on initial investment. I have new LLC in Box.
