I have a Georgia Real Estate license and belong to a network of investors. I am looking to take advantage of some whole sale deals where by I will buy well under market, fix up and resell, still below market for profit. I am looking forward to my first deal. I am a very conservative investor. I have experiance with construction, contracting, etc. and have started building a team that consists of appraisers, construction team, and closing attorneys. The investors money would be secured by the real estate only. I will provide an appraisel demonstrating value after fix up. We are willing to consider a little higher interest rate to attract investors who are ready to move and make some money.
