Description: I want to purchase three C-Stores (Chevrons if possible) and become a chain. I plan on running the three for about 3 to 5 years and diverting profits into a future expansion account I will set up. C-Stores require a small workforce and overhead can be kept to a minimum with proper management. I have an opportunity to purchase properties and the old ownership would stay on to train me for complete takeover. This minimizes room for failure. Ability to repay my investor and take sole ownership given my aggressive financial plan will allow for me to begin expansion by purchasing other properties that owners want to divest themselves of in order to retire or move on to another endeavor is my ultimate goal with the outside and possibility of breaking ground on new properties of my own somewhere down the road. It will be a family owned corporation. I plan on setting up a limited liability (LLC) in the name of my C-Store which I will call "Froggy's Chevron" or if not a Chevron then just "Froggy's".
