A global multi-billion-dollar contest is underway over who will deliver TV and broadband Internet to consumers.
One prime, underdeveloped market is the market for amplifier chips. These chips are used to receive and amplify various types of video signals to satisfy the consumer market for video; anywhere, anytime.
Parsec Technologies, Inc. has developed a complete line of next generation amplifiers that will significantly improve the video reception on several of these platforms now.
Parsec has already been successful by licensing our first chip to a major semiconductor manufacturer in the U.S.
We are currently raising $500K before our traditional VC round of $5M dollars. We are in negotiations with a major semiconductor company to invest a protion of the this round. Traditional VC's have been identified and are interested in funding Parsec once our next milestone is reached.
