I am looking to open 2-3 franchises. The concept I have been working with is called Nothing But Noodles. It is an upscale quick casual restaurant concept. I have scouted three very good locations. This is an up and coming concept. New to New England. Each restaurant will seat between 80 and 100 people. Cost of goods comes in around 25%. My goal is to be the first in NH with this concept. I have a great business plan and model. The company has 23 open stores, all franchises, and the numbers for stores opening are great. Net profits have been experienced in the 15-20% range. The restaurants are very clean and efficient. It is a great concept that is ready to take off. I have the experience and determination to create an incredible ROI for the right investor.
