I am looking for someone to be a limited partner in a dairy in the midwest. While the industry is in turmoil because of the economic downturn now. There is very bright future in the exporting of dairy products especially to the rapidly growing Chinese masket! This combined with the bad advice to other dairyman and investors who allowed the amount of debt /cow to get too astronomical levels will result in some tremendous oppurtunities to buy amazing first rate facilities at rock bottom prices. Because you would only be contributing a portion of the money and our trgeted debt / cow would be half of what many dairies are your risk would be minimal. I would quarantee an average yearly dividend or return of 10% the 1st five (URL removed) the value of your portion of the LLC will not go (URL removed)hough at the prices we'll be looking to pay combined with the poor economy that is almost a sure thing anyway. People need to eat. Common sense tells you to jump in when things are at their worst.
