My twin brother and I, both MBA graduates from Clarkson Universities Entrepreneurial program in New York, drove out to San Diego "Solar Capital of the United States" and have made referral agreements with 40 commercial real estate brokerage firms in San Diego County and most of LA County to install solar photovoltaic cells on their clients industrial and office buildings. The broker gets 20% of the net return, much higher then any solar firm offering and the word of mouth went viral.
