I started this business a few years back without really knowing exactly what I wanted to do with it. However, I have been researching for the past few months about tax lien sales. Here in Alabama there are plenty of tax lien sales that were never bought and have now past there redemption period. Since this has now happened it is buy a tax deed from the state and go straight into getting a marketable title. After this happens I will then own the property free and clear and sale the property to any person/investor.
