Marshall Property Holdings LLC intends to invest in rental properties, ranging from single family dwellings to large apartment complexes, starting in the Pittsburgh PA area.
My intention as managing member is to provide an investor with a substantial return on their investment after 7 years, at which time I will buy out their holdings and revert to a single-owner LLC.
My further intention is to provide renters with "one-stop shopping": an office where they can view rentals in their price range, and then be driven around by customer service representatives to view their choices to better make a rental decision. Such a service will increase the competitive advantage over the small-time landlord.
I will also consider puchasing fixers for flipping, if I find lucrative opportunities.
This will be a large-scale acquisition operation; I am only looking for funding in the $2,000,000 to $100,000,000 range. I originally intended to operate in the Pittsburgh area only, but I am willing to consider managing a multi-branch, PA-wide operation.
I will require a small amount of seed capital first to relocate/make preparations, as I have not yet sought licensing or opened business accounts. This is as ground floor as it gets.
