MBS Equity Funding acts as a broker for our clients providing commercial funding of all kinds to small to mid-sized companies in the US and Internationally. MBS has 25 representatives across the US allowing us to act globally while providing personalized service locally. Commercial lending limits are from $500,000 to unlimited through our Bank Guarantee program. Our relationships with hedge funds, and other private capital companies gives MBS the flexibility to provide funding for our client's projects that would be impossible through more conventional sources.
MBS has the unique ability to back financial transactions with fully funded tier one bank guarantees. Minimums can be as low as $25 Million depending on the financial circumstances. $100 Million and above preferred.
The Bank Guarantee eliminates downside risk for the lender or investor. The Lender in the transaction is covered for the principle of the loan, and earns 4% over the term of the Bank Guarantee, one year. On or before the term of the BG the Lender is made whole plus profit. Due to the BG structure capital can be reinvested on a much shorter turn around without risk. Our Capital investor takes responsibility to provide the client with the long term financing they require. The introduction of a BG reduces risk tremendously. The client benefits because LTV or LTC can be as high as 100%. Rates are generally lower than current commercial rates due to risk mitigation.
Rates and terms are negotiated separately between the client and their lender. The lender or investor is also free to negotiate returns with the client outside the BG transaction.
The use of a BG to reduce risk, guarantee capital investment and the rate of return can open the door to a lender that was reluctant to fund your project initially. This structure works because all parties benefit. The creation of the BG, and the funding of the BG is a bank to bank transaction, and completely transparent.
