Description: Good morning, Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to introduce myself. I have been a susseccesful Director of Engineering for the past 25 years. My background consist of overseas resort projects and managing highrise buildings in Denver Colorado and running the largest portfolio 2.5 million (URL removed). of highrises in Orlando Fl. of any Director of Engineering. I spent several years working for Rich Marriott on his Frenchmans Reef resort in St. Thomas, USVI, I started up and completed the complete rebuilding of the Westin St. John, USVI upon returning to the USA I then headed up the rehabilitation of the Safety Harbor Spa, in Safety Harbor Fl.. I have now switched my engineering skills to developement of pratical and fun gadgets and merchandise for the wholesale market. Presently I have one product "The Bug Gun" in production and I have an extensive list of national clients and independents that are thrilled with it. Here is just a few of the clients that I am presently negotiating contracts with. (Spencer Gifts, Family Dollar Store, Cracker Barrel, Publics, WinnDixie, Universal Studios Orlando, Cabelas, Gander Mountain, Bass Pro, Camping World, etc..) the list grows daily with each person I talk to. So you can see it is a popular item. Since my quiting the Building Engineering field I have spent my last year developing pratical products for everyday usage and fun for kids and adults alike. I presently have a minimum of five products patented and several more pending. If interested I will send a sample of the first product "The Bug Gun" which is already in production. I am at the last stage of that product, I just completed the graphics for the packaging and sent it to plating for printing. Presently I am acting as the inventor, engineer,cad drawings, and marketing agent, what I lack is the proper funding to complete the last stage of packaging to go to wholesale. If there is serious investor out there that is interested in meeting to review my products I would welcome that. I am sitting on millions of dollars worth of products and need to get them funded to go straight to production. I do my market research first and then invent it, design it, and engineer the product to the needs, not just an idea. I have another product that has been patented and is sitting at the plastic factory, awaiting to be funded and then it will go into production. I am looking to team up with an investor who is positive, imaginative, and has the funding to back someone who has the ambition, energy, and fortitude to see it thru to the end.
