I have been wanting to have a food caravan and cook and sell beautiful food at all sorts of venues. Or maybe even a permanent site . I have a lot of experience from baking to running a takeaway shop and working in management in a large supermarket chain , so I’ve never thought about doing this and I’m now thinking what have I got to lose?
