Description:
Do you have elderly parents or relatives that live alone? Do you know someone who is physically or mentally disabled, recovering addict, or a struggling war veteran? Do you worry how they manage their daily routine chores? Do you worry about them relapsing? Do you see your disabled loved ones condition worsening? Do you worry if your loved ones took their medicine on time? took the right pill and correct dosage? Do you need to regularly and often take time off work to get your loved ones to their doctor appointments? Do you see your elderly relatives mental acumen rapidly declining? Do you often find yourself heading to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription medicine for your loved ones? Have your loved ones visited ER in past 90 days more than ones? Are you thinking of putting your elderly or disabled relatives into a nursing home or long term care facility?
If you have answered yes to any of the questions above, than you know someone who can greatly benefit from attending Medical Adult Day Care Facility. The facility is open to all people of age 18 and above that struggle with Activities of Daily Living ranging from managing medication intake, to feeding, to dressing, to getting themselves, to getting to doctor appointments. The facility is regulated and licensed by State's Department of Health. Attendance to the facility is prescribed by a physician and requires State Agency approval. The facility is professionally staffed by nurses, social workers and care takers. The ratio of participants to staff is 7 to 1. Physical and other types of therapies are available at the facility to participants, on needed basis.
We are looking to build a network Medical Adult Day Care facilities that will focus their service offerings on individual groups with specific needs. The complete planned roll out is divided into three phases. Phase I: open and operate 120 participants licensed center with focus on servicing seniors. Phase II: open and operate two 50 participants licensed centers with focus on physically or mentally disabled and recovering drug addicts. Phase III: open and operate 75 participants licensed center for disabled and struggling veterans. Once all 3 Phases are complete, we plan to take the model to other cities under a partnership or a franchise business structure.
