Second Star, LLC is a small real estate investing company specializing in purchasing, fixing and selling foreclosure properties in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas. So far we have used only personal money for education acquisition, marketing, advertising and operation costs. We have made it passed the education and creation stage and on to the point where we are closing on properties but need funding for operations and payroll for the time periods we have to hold on to our properties. We believe we will have the ability to complete enough selling transactions to not be faced with these costs in the very near future due to our having several deals closing.
Our mission is to buy properties that are unlivable or unsellable and fix them up and resell them to make a profit and improve the neighborhoods in which we do business.
