I like to fund a temporary employment company to lease employers to different companys. The margin between the payment to the employer and the rent price I get from the companies less costs are my profit. (i.e. I pay to the employer 7.38 Euro per hour/working time; Rent-Price for this employer would be about 14.00 Euro per hour/working time. That means: with about 160 working time per month I would invoice for this employee about 2240 Euro and even I pay him 1,400 + loan costs about 300 Euro I would have a profit of 540 Euro. Finally with 150 employees I can make about 30,000 up to 80,000 Euro each month!)
