We are a telecommunications provider that services some rural area's in south Georgia and North Florida. We currently have close to 4000 customers, with our potential growth of up to 25,0000. Altitude owns 400 + miles of network in these area's. I'm currently looking to raise $2.5M with a pre money valuation of over $4.0M. This could be done with either Debt or Equity or some combination of both. We have $4.8M in hard assets.$2.6M in trailing 12 month revenue. Is this something that you may be interested in looking at.
