I currently own 2 other successful businesses. 1 is a Legal Brokerage Firm, Legal Help Experts LLC. 2011 ($219,000) sales with only 2 employees. The other business is a house cleaning business Final Touch House Cleaning LLC. YTD sales $105,000 as of 10/25/12 with 5 part time employees. Both companies are in profit mode and generating steady income streams. The newest business which is the one I'm looking for investors for is a vending machine business. I have already purchased 4 machines. 2 brand new and 2 used (1 year old). Total investment thus far $10,700.00. Total monthly sales are $900+ in CASH sales. Over head per machine is around $25 per month which includes food cost, gas, maintance ect. I am seeking an investment of at least $5000.00 which will purchase 2 used (1 year old) machines. The $5000.00 will purchase the 2 machines and pay to have a professional locator find a profitable location (which is guaranteed or they will relocate). My terms are negotiable however I am offering the following:

$5000 x 14% @ 48 mo. = $7800.00. Or
$5000 x 20% @ 60 mo. = $10,000.00.
