Description: Heart & Mind An All-Inclusive Health Information Resource Publishing ● Public Relations ● Marketing Integrated Marketing in all Health Care Mediums Los Angeles ● New York ● Denver Colorado OVERVIEW A working group of professionals in the publishing, marketing and print production industries are set to launch a medical, pharmaceutical, informational publishing group with national and international reach with a potential for a major impact on how patients perceive their community hospitals, clinics and private practices. Now in final initial design stage, Heart & Mind and will be targeted as a multilingual online and printed publication as well as an internal video magazine to be published and broadcast in medical and pharmaceutical venues. Heart & Mind will be distributed and broadcast in a wide range of medical facilities with generic information on worldwide medical developments but with an emphasis targeted for specific medical facilities who will contribute their unique material to the printed, video, online material to Heart & Mind. Using each hospital facility’s logo the material will contain articles about new techniques developed at that facility, profiles on its staff, and highlight special services offered at each hospital. Heart & Mind will be launched in Los Angeles which has 37 major regional hospitals. If only 25 percent participate, those revenues alone would be enough to support this program for some time, with a substantial ROI for investors. We estimate each hospital can distribute 5-6,000 magazines internally and to the surrounding practices and clinics that serve them. We further estimate a two-month distribution cycle for each publication date. While the major regional wrap-around will be printed offset, the inside digital section can be printed specific to the facility since new and developing digital printing technology makes it feasible to print 12 pages to 16 pages, rotate them throughout the region. Insofar as the video program is concerned, this is easily changed from week-to-week and distributed either the Internet or through DVD’s. This will be a rollup feed, located in sitting, waiting area, doctor’s Offices, and other areas to feed information to potential readers. List compilation, data collection and a sister website will be part of this program and available to advertisers while special articles and interviews can be marketed to each Hospital’s clientele. The potential for advertising revenues is substantial. MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION Heart & Mind will develop a multi media program for distribution in medical facilities. The program will incorporate existing facilities within each medical facility such as waiting room TV, patient/client print informational dispensaries as well as a specifically designed user-friendly web site to enhance the reader/user base. Each medical facility program will be personalized to that specific facility and will highlight resident doctors and nurses regarding their specialized services and capabilities. With a 33% coverage in each primary market there is excellent potential for immediate and sustained growth with this concept.
