We are in transition from exploration to operations and need approx $3-4 million for typical uses: lease equipment, contract labor, hire managment.
Our first customer in size is the largest Chinese metals and mining company. We are ready to enter into a long term contract to ship from our reserve of approx 22 million tonnes of proven and probable reserves of metallurgical grade manganese (Mn) to China for use in the booming Chinese steel industry at a rate of 50,000 tonnes per month. While the Chinese are willing,if not anxious, to finance us, we are hesitant to become capitive by them.
