The Teacher Retention Group, LLC was established to address the low retention rates of the teachers in our schools. The low retention rates equate to great losses in monetary resources, man-power, and the motivation of our teachers. As a result of these losses, student achievement is suffering and the ability of our youth to compete in our workforce as well as globally, is significantly declining. Our vision is to gather individual school data, align that data with current research, and establish practices to bring change to the local school. Resources can then be appropriated to where it belongs, student needs.
