Expanding on the idea of a Go-Kart track. Starting with a plot of land 3 - 4 acres min. up to 10. Design and install a high energy off road course for 150cc & 250cc dune buggies. I believe this to be a solid idea with good possibiities to expand. There is often no place for people to ride there ATV vehicles legally. Also making off road fun available for the averge folks that wouldn't normaly have that opportunity.
