Description:
The Company will be called Lonnies Sports World located in Hillsboro Ohio. It will service 27 different local school districts and 3 major colleges. I am looking for funding in the amount of $750,000.00 and do have a business plan. We have already had it appraised as if it were open with the contractors drawings and the land. The appraisal came to $990,000.00. This would be a business that would start with positive equity and is MUCH needed in the community. It would be the only one of its kind in that area with the closest place being almost 70 miles away. Business plan available upon request. Thanks,
