Our company primarily purchases single family, duplex, triplex and quadplex homes. We then do any applicable rennovation needed to the properties then rent them out. We have been blessed with an abundant market of stable renters in a large college city. We have been steadily growing since our inception in 2001 with over 60 properties owned. Recently with the increase in foreclosures, there has been an extraordinary opportunity to advance our aquisition aspirations with faster growth of our business.
